Easy Returns & Free Exchanges
For U.S. Returns & Exchanges:
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your CADDIS readers or accessories please set up a free exchange or $8 flat fee return within 60 days of receiving your order. Simply use our Exchanges & Returns Portal and we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to send the product back to us. If returning, a $8 flat fee will be deducted from your refunded amount. Any item you're returning or exchanging must be in the original new condition. $8 flat fee returns are U.S. only please.
For International Returns & Exchanges:
While we are unable to provide our international customers with shipping labels for returns or exchanges, we would still be happy to help you with a return or exchange. Please give us a call at 385-999-7122 or email us at orders@caddislife.com and we can guide you through the best way to return or exchange your purchase. Please note that duties/taxes will not be refunded for returned orders.
Shipping Information
We offer $8 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders. We ship from Salt Lake City, Utah using USPS mail, Monday through Friday. You will be sent a tracking number after purchase. Orders are generally fulfilled within 24 hours from placing. Sometimes things slow down when the snow is falling, sometimes things speed up when you’re really nice.
Warranty
We stand behind our products 100%. Which means that if something is wrong, we’ll make it right. That’s about as deep as we need to go on that…
If you need to have something warrantied, please email us at orders@caddislife.com. Warranty solutions can vary according to the problem, after you submit the warranty request we will contact you with the next steps. We will typically get back to you within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.
